Aims
This module is to analyse the basic health and safety requirements contained in the various statutory provisions. The outcome will be an understanding of the law and the commercial results that can be obtained through that understanding. Particular emphasis will be placed on SI 1992 No 3242: The Management of Health and Safety at Work Regulations 1999.

- What records need to be kept and the use that could be made from a statutory obligation to keep records
- How changes could result in a contractual entitlement to payment
