Topographical and Engineering Surveyor

Scantech International Ltd is seeking to recruit a topographical and engineering surveyor with ideally 5 years experience including CAD and who is keen to progress their career.

Scantech International is a small Stockport/Macclesfield based company which has been operating since 2002. We currently have an expanding workload and good progression opportunities within the company

The candidate must have excellent attention to detail, be based in the NW within commuting distance of our technical office and be prepared to travel throughout the UK.

A good understanding of both topographical and preferably engineering surveys using an EDM and GPS as well as laser scanning is required.

Possession of a suitable qualification is desirable and the candidate would split their time between the technical office and site. Experience of working on the rail infrastructure with a PTS would also be preferred. The candidate must also have good timekeeping as this is vital for the site work.

A full driving license is required as the role will involve travel away from our office.

A competitive salary would be dependant on experience and qualifications.
