Centra Consult LLP is a provider of dispute resolution, claim preparation, delay analysis, and other services to the construction industry. Central is able to provide advice on and carry out work in a range of matters including review of contractual claims for payment, preparation of delay analysis to demonstrate entitlement to extensions of time, preparation of submissions for recovery of loss and expense (including claims for prolongation costs), and guidance on admissable heads of claim and/or routes to recover monies.

Centra personnel also have experience in providing support as expert witnesses and in connection with various dispute resolution processes including adjudication, arbitration, mediation and litigation. Centra is experienced in acting as representatives of either party in adjudication and can carry out an expeditious review of matters to be referred to adjudication, carry out an appraisal and advise on the strengths and weaknesses of a case, prepare either referral or response documents using experienced personnel, provide advice throughout the procedure and speedy responses as may be required by the fast-track process, and provide advice on the latest matters affecting adjudication.

Centra is also able to act as experts and provide quantum and forensic planning support to solicitors and legal teams.
